Safari is a super sock yarn....it is 75% Superwash Colonial Wool and 25% Nylon.  Colonial is a Corriedale type sheep, the wool is soft but not as soft (and thus not as pilly) as Merino.  Each fiber is also longer, plus the nylon lends strength to this yarn.  Sturdy and smooth, great for socks or other projects that take a fingering weight yarn.
