Corriedale Top

I am proud to present this premium Corriedale Wool Top to you.  It is quite soft, and has excellent spinning properties (Corriedale is often suggested as a beginning fiber for spinners, but is great for anyone).  Corriedale is also sometimes referred to as Colonial, and was a breed developed in Australia and New Zealand during the late 1800's from crossing Leicester or Lincoln rams with Merino ewes.  These hand dyed rovings are painted with professional acid dyes for light and wash-fastness, and are excellent for spinning, weaving, knitting or crocheting with roving, and wet and dry felting.
